Attendance certification for Ribeirão Preto Campus activities follows the guidelines of the Institute of Advanced Studies of the University of São Paulo (IEA-USP). Read below for guidance on frequently asked questions.

1 – How do I receive a certificate?

Online Event

To receive a certificate of attendance, you must participate in the live event on YouTube and, at the end, fill out a form, the link to which will be available in the live chat. The form will only be available at the end of the event.

The form will be open for responses for up to 60 minutes after the broadcast ends. After this period, it will be closed and no longer possible to complete.

In-Person Event

In this case, you should simply complete the attendance form available at the event reception.

Guidelines for Completing the Form

Fill out the form carefully, as the name you enter will automatically be included on the certificate. Therefore, enter your full name (or however you wish it to appear on the certificate). Be careful not to misspell any typos. Also, make sure your email address is correct. Otherwise, we will not be able to send your certificate.

The participant acknowledges on the form that they are aware that incorrect email address will prevent the certificate from being sent, and that the name entered on the form will automatically be included on the certificate. The IEA-RP cannot make any changes to the data after the form has been submitted.

After completing the form, you will automatically receive an email with a copy of your responses. This is proof that your form has been registered. Do not delete this email until you receive your certificate.

In all cases, the certificate will be sent within 30 days after completing the activity.

2 – I received an email with a code to download the certificate, but I can’t access it. What should I do?

Access the link provided in the email: https://uspdigital.usp.br/webdoc/. This link will not ask for a password or USP username. Do not access it via https://uspdigital.usp.br/, in which case it will ask for a password.

​Next, copy and paste the access code (indicated in the email subject line) into the fields provided.

3 – I completed the form, but after 30 days, my certificate has not arrived. What should I do?

​First, check your spam folder. If the certificate has not arrived, send the proof of completion mentioned in question 1 to the email address iearp@usp.br. The IEA-RP can only resend certificates upon presentation of the proof of completion. The resend will be made within 30 days of the request.

4 – I watched the recording of the activity later, without completing the form. Can I receive a certificate?

No. To receive the certificate, you must participate in the live activity.

​Other guidelines

— Please complete your form only once. Duplicate names and email addresses will be disregarded.

— We will send a certificate to the registered email address; therefore, please use your email address only once. In case of a repeated name registered in different emails, or the same email registered with different names, the second entry will be disregarded.
